When I was asked to be on the panel at the “Living by the Numbers” MIT Enterprise Forum, I was really excited. In 2007, I started living by the numbers in a spreadsheet and we have it all together now in one dashboard for healthy living. I wanted to share a portion of that event where I tell my personal story of how living by numbers helped me reclaim my health and eventually led to the founding of the company behind the Digifit Ecosystem. After the video I have added some excerpts from that classic WIRED issue. It’s fun to revisit that article two and a half years later and see how far we’ve come.
